Return Conditions
We accept return requests within 30 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn and undamaged, and include the original packaging and all accessories.
Return Process
- Contact our customer service team and explain the reason for the return
- Obtain return authorization and return address
- Package the item securely and ship it back
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days
Exchange Service
If you need to exchange for a different size, style, or due to quality issues, please contact customer service. We will arrange the exchange service for you.
Refund Method
Refunds will be returned to your original payment account. The specific time it takes for the refund to arrive depends on your payment method and bank processing speed.
Non-Returnable Items

- Items that have been worn or damaged
- Items returned after the 30-day return period
